Version of 31 October 2026. This English version is a translation; the French version prevails.
These terms form the contract between you and JN STUDIO for your participation in Sharlinks (the "platform") and in the campaigns you join. They constitute the written contract required by Article 8 of French Law No. 2023-451 of 9 June 2023 on commercial influence.
1. The parties
JN STUDIO, a French simplified joint-stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with a share capital of €10, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 994 152 825, registered office 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France, tax resident in France, contact: contact@sharlinks.com ("we").
You: the adult who creates an account. Your identity, your postal and e-mail addresses and your country of tax residence are those you declare in your tax form before your first withdrawal (Article 8). This information supplements this contract.
Publishers: the companies that publish a campaign for their app. The publisher of each campaign (company name, registered office, country) is shown on the campaign page. It is the advertiser of the campaign and buys our promotion services. You do not contract with it: your only contracting party and your only debtor is JN STUDIO, which pays you in its own name.
2. Purpose
The platform lets you join mobile app campaigns, get a personal link per campaign and earn a percentage of the net revenue collected from purchases made through that link.
Your task: publish, freely and at your own pace, content that presents the app and points to your link, following the campaign brief and these terms. You have no obligation as to volume, schedule or exclusivity. No script is imposed on you.
Signing up, the link and sharing are free. You never pay anything to take part.
3. Who can take part
- Be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract. You declare it when signing up; we check it at your first withdrawal, through Stripe.
- One account per person.
- Be the holder of the social media accounts you use.
- Employees, managers and partners of JN STUDIO and of a publisher may test the platform but earn no share on their own company's campaigns.
If you are established outside the European Union, the European Economic Area and Switzerland and your content targets an audience in France, the law requires you to appoint in writing a legal representative in the Union and to take out civil liability insurance with an insurer established in the Union (Article 9 of Law No. 2023-451). You are responsible for this.
4. Account and sign-in
You create your account with one of the methods offered on the sign-in page, depending on their availability: Google, TikTok, Apple, Instagram or a link sent by e-mail. We collect your username, your account identifier and your avatar from the chosen service, nothing else. Your username is unique and is never reassigned.
Keep access to your account to yourself: any action taken from your account is deemed to be taken by you. If you think a third party has access to it, write to us: we close your sessions.
5. Campaigns, link and 3-month term
When you join a campaign, you accept its own terms (brief, rules, base percentage, whether Spark codes are accepted), shown on its page. They supplement these terms and the version you accept is kept.
Your link works as soon as you join the campaign. Sharing lasts 3 months from that date (the "deal"). Only payments collected during those 3 months are shared. At the end, your link expires: visitors are redirected to the store without attribution, and subscribers already acquired remain with the publisher, with no further payment. You can then join other campaigns, or open a new period on the same campaign if it allows it.
6. Your earnings
Net revenue: price paid by the buyer, minus the Apple or Google commission, taxes (including VAT) and refunds, as reported by the publisher from its store data or its subscription management tool, converted into euros at the rate applied by the store.
Attributed purchase: a purchase made by a person who came through your link, according to the store's or the publisher's measurement data. A purchase is attributed to one creator only. A free trial, a download, a click or a view earns nothing.
Your percentage = your season tier + 5% if your Spark code is approved on that campaign, up to 50% of net revenue. The tier is at least equal to the base percentage set by the publisher (30% minimum), and can rise with the ranking under the ranking rules. The ranking never gives any sum of money or object: it only changes your percentage.
Active campaign: each publisher pays for our promotion services through successive charges to its card (or in advance, through campaign credit). A share only arises on a purchase made while the campaign is active. If a payment by the publisher is declined, or if its credit runs out, the campaign is paused: the card, the campaign page and your area show it ("Campaign paused"), and you are informed. Purchases made during a pause give no right to any share. The campaign resumes as soon as the publisher has paid. Your 3-month deal keeps running during a pause.
Availability: a share becomes available 30 days after the end of the measured period (refund window), provided that the publisher's payment covering that period has been collected. Otherwise, it is shown as "awaiting the publisher's payment": we pursue collection and pay it to you as soon as it is collected. If the sum is definitively unrecoverable (failure of collection proceedings or liquidation of the publisher), the corresponding share is cancelled and we inform you, with the reason. On a campaign whose publisher is JN STUDIO, there is no charge and no pause.
Statement: your area shows, per campaign and per period, the sales, the net revenue, your percentage and your share. You can ask us for the details of the calculation.
If a purchase already shared is refunded or if fraud is found later, your corresponding share is deducted from your next shares. We only ask you to repay a sum already paid in case of fraud.
No fixed bonus, no guaranteed minimum, no cash bonus. We do not guarantee any level of earnings.
Your share is stated excluding taxes. If you are liable for VAT and invoice it, it is added. If you are established outside France, any VAT is self-assessed by us where the law so provides.
7. Payment
Withdrawal request: nothing is paid automatically. As soon as your available balance reaches €20, you can request a withdrawal from your area. Only one request can be open at a time. Each request is checked and approved one by one by a person, then paid. If a request is refused, you are told the reason and the sum stays on your balance. If you leave the platform, your earned balance is paid to you in one go, even if it is below €20, except in case of fraud.
Withdrawal fee: we deduct 10% of the amount you withdraw (current rate, shown before each request). The amount deducted and the net amount you receive are shown before you confirm your request (example: you withdraw €100, you receive €90). You never pay anything as long as you have earned nothing: this fee only applies to the sums you withdraw.
Stripe: payments go through a Stripe connected account (Stripe Connect), which you open at your first withdrawal. Payment services are provided by Stripe and subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Services Agreement (the "Stripe Terms"). By opening this account, you accept the Stripe Terms; you authorise us to share with Stripe, and to receive from Stripe, the information needed for your payments. Stripe itself verifies your identity and bank details: you send them to Stripe directly. This payment method is only available in the countries where Stripe allows it for a platform established in France (in particular the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States and Canada). Elsewhere, we pay you by bank transfer after an exchange by e-mail, or we cannot pay you: in that case we tell you before you join a campaign.
Payer: payments are made by JN STUDIO or, in its name and on its behalf, by a third-party payer. If a third-party payer is involved, its identity (company name, legal form, registration, registered office) is given to you before your first payment and appears in the privacy policy. JN STUDIO remains your only contracting party and remains liable for paying your share.
Fees: apart from the withdrawal fee above, we bear Stripe's sending fees. Currency conversion fees and your bank's fees remain payable by you.
We may suspend a payment while we check an anomaly, a request from Stripe or a legal obligation. We inform you.
8. Tax form and tax obligations
Before your first withdrawal, and only then, we ask you on one screen for: your legal name, your date of birth, your address, your country of tax residence, your tax identification number and, where applicable, your company and VAT numbers. This information is required by law (in particular Articles 1649 ter A et seq. of the French General Tax Code, implementing Directive (EU) 2021/514, known as "DAC7"): we may be required to report to the tax authorities each year the sums paid to you, and we give you a copy.
The sums you receive are taxable income. Depending on your situation and how regular your activity is, you may have to declare them, pay social contributions, or even register a business. Find out on impots.gouv.fr and urssaf.fr (or from the authorities of your country). You remain solely responsible for your tax and social filings.
9. Spark bonus (optional)
If the campaign accepts Spark codes, you can, after publishing your video on TikTok, paste its ad authorisation code. This is optional and conditions nothing else.
Conditions: public video, adult account, original sound or sound from TikTok's commercial library, advertising disclosure present.
Licence: by pasting your code and ticking the box provided, you grant the campaign's publisher, and it alone, a non-exclusive licence to reproduce and communicate the declared video, your image, your voice and your username as they appear in it, only as Spark Ads on TikTok, using TikTok's advertising features, in the countries where the campaign runs, for the authorisation period you choose in TikTok and at most until the end of your deal on that campaign. Excluded: any other medium, any modification or editing of the video, any sublicence to a third party other than TikTok, any use after the end of the deal without your separate written consent.
Earnings: +5% on all sales from your link for that campaign, from the date the publisher approves the code until the end of your deal, up to 50%. No retroactive effect. One bonus per campaign, even if you give several codes.
Warranties: you are the author of the video; the people visible or audible have agreed to advertising use; the video does not infringe any third party's rights.
If you revoke the authorisation in TikTok, the bonus stops on that date. If the code is refused or expired, you are given the reason and can provide another one. We never sign in to your TikTok account and no ad is launched automatically.
10. Your obligations
- Transparency: every piece of content linked to a campaign clearly states its commercial intent with the label "Publicité" or "Collaboration commerciale", at the start of the caption and on screen from the start of the video, on every medium, stories included (Article 5-2 of Law No. 2023-451). You turn on the network's "branded content" or "paid partnership" option. For an audience in the United States, the United Kingdom or Canada: "#ad" at the start of the caption and on screen. Example: "Publicité | Collaboration commerciale avec {app}".
- Truthfulness: you show the app as it is. No fake screens, no invented features, no promise of earnings. If you mention a free trial, you state that a paid, cancellable subscription follows, at the price shown in the store.
- Minors: no minors in your campaign content; no targeting of an audience younger than the app's minimum age.
- Prohibited products: you never promote, in connection with the platform, products that the law prohibits from being promoted through influence (Article 4 of Law No. 2023-451).
- Campaign rules and the rules of each social network.
- Third-party rights: consent of the people filmed, rights to music and images.
- If we or the publisher notify you of non-compliant content, you correct or remove it within 48 hours.
11. Prohibited practices
These lead to the loss of the shares concerned and may lead to exclusion: buying yourself or having your relatives or accounts you control buy; paying or rewarding people to buy, download or leave a review; posting reviews of an app without disclosing your participation; buying ads on an app's name or using its trademark in an account or domain name; spreading your link on "download and earn" sites; fake accounts, bots, buying views or followers, spam; hateful, discriminatory, violent, sexually explicit or harassing content.
12. Trademarks and content
Each publisher authorises you, free of charge and non-exclusively, to use its app's name, logo and screenshots, without modifying them, during your deal and only to recommend it. Your content remains your property. It may stay online after the end of the deal, with its advertising disclosure. Apart from Spark (Article 9), neither we nor the publisher republish or modify your content without your written consent specifying the uses, the duration and the territories.
13. Moderation, reports and complaints
Campaign listings are reviewed by a person before publication. We may remove content, refuse a Spark code, suspend a link or an account in case of breach of these terms or of illegal content. Each decision is explained to you: what is alleged, on what basis, and how to challenge it. We use automated checks to detect abnormal clicks, but any suspension is decided by a person.
You can report a listing or illegal content through the "Report" link on each page, and challenge a decision concerning you by writing to contact@sharlinks.com within 6 months. We reply within a reasonable time, with reasons.
Single point of contact (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065): contact@sharlinks.com, in French or English.
14. Campaign ranking and sponsored content
Campaigns are ranked according to the criteria described in the "How we rank" section (ranking rules, Part B). Some are promoted in return for payment by the publisher: they bear the label "Sponsored". A publisher never pays to improve your percentage or your rank. JN STUDIO, which publishes the platform, may also publish campaigns for its own apps: each campaign page shows its publisher, and a campaign promoted by JN STUDIO also bears the label "Sponsored".
15. Term, suspension, termination
This contract takes effect when you create your account and lasts until the last payment following the end of your last deal. You can leave the platform at any time from your area or by e-mail. We may terminate the contract with 15 days' notice, or immediately in case of serious breach (fraud, illegal content, missing advertising disclosure not corrected). We may pause your account during a check; your earnings are then frozen, not lost.
If you leave or if the contract is terminated for breach on your part, only payments collected before the end date are shared. If we terminate it without any breach on your part, sharing continues until the normal end of each deal in progress. If a publisher closes its campaign, your deal continues for at least 30 days after the closure is announced, as long as the campaign is not paused, then ends; you are informed as soon as it is announced. Shares earned remain due, except in case of fraud.
Changes: the new version is notified to you in your area, and by e-mail if you have given us one, at least 15 days before it takes effect. If you refuse it, you can leave before that date. It does not apply to payments collected before it takes effect. Previous versions remain available.
16. Liability
You are responsible for your content. If a third party or an authority takes action against us, or against the publisher, because of non-compliant content of yours, you indemnify us against the consequences, within the limits of the law. The publisher is liable for the information in its listing and for its app; we are liable for the information we publish ourselves. Measurement data depends on the stores and the publishers' tools: some sales may not be attributed. We are not liable for the service provided by Stripe.
17. Independence
You take part fully independently. This contract creates no employment contract, agency or partnership. You cannot commit JN STUDIO or a publisher.
18. Personal data
See the Sharlinks privacy policy.
19. Governing law and disputes
This contract is governed by French law, in particular the French Consumer Code, the French Intellectual Property Code and Law No. 2023-451 of 9 June
- If you live in another country, you keep the protection of that
country's mandatory rules.
In case of disagreement, write to us first at contact@sharlinks.com. As of the date of this version, JN STUDIO has not appointed a consumer mediator. Failing agreement, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory rule allows you to bring the case before the court of your place of residence.
