Version of 31 October 2026. This English version is a translation; the French version prevails.
Part A: creator ranking
1. Nature
The ranking is a tiered pay scale. It never gives any sum of money, object or voucher. It sets the percentage of net revenue you earn on all your campaigns during the following season. It involves no draw and no element of chance.
Taking part is free and automatic for every registered creator. No purchase is required and no purchase can improve your rank: purchases you make yourself or have your relatives make are prohibited and excluded from the calculation.
2. Seasons
A season is a calendar month: it runs from the 1st to the last day of the month (UTC time) and bears the name of that month. The ranking is closed on the 5th of the following month, after publishers have reported their sales. The tier obtained applies to the season that follows the closing.
3. Main criterion
The "Top Performer" rank is calculated on the net revenue collected through your links during the season, across all campaigns, after refunds. Trials, downloads, clicks and views do not count.
Ties: broken by the number of sales, then by account seniority (the oldest first). Never by chance.
4. Tiers
| Tier | Condition in season S | % for season S+1 |
|---|---|---|
| Base | any registered creator | base percentage of each campaign (30% minimum) |
| Rookie | creator's 1st season and among the top 3 newcomers, by net revenue | 35% |
| Breakthrough | among the 3 largest increases in net revenue compared with the previous season, with at least €20 of net revenue in the season | 35% |
| Creative | 3 creators at most, chosen by the jury (Article 5) | 35% |
| Top 25% | rank in the first quarter of ranked creators (rounded up) | 40% |
| Top 10 | rank 1 to 10 and at least 3 sales | 45% |
| Top 3 | rank 1 to 3 and at least 3 sales | 50% |
Only the highest tier applies. If a campaign's base percentage is higher than your tier, the base percentage applies on that campaign. The Spark bonus (+5%) is added, campaign by campaign. The total is always capped at 50% of net revenue.
Ranked creators: those with at least one attributed sale during the season.
5. Creative award: jury and criteria
The jury is made up of two or three people from JN STUDIO. It reviews the public content published during the season with a platform link and the advertising disclosure, according to three published criteria: originality, production quality, compliance with the brief and the rules. Jury members may not choose a relative. Each choice is explained in one sentence, published with the award.
6. Awards and challenges
Awards (Top Performer No. 1, 2, 3, Top 10, Top 25%, Breakthrough, Rookie, Creative) and challenges give badges, with no market value. Only the tiers in Article 4 change your percentage. Challenges are optional: not taking part has no consequence.
7. Exclusions and fraud
The following are excluded from the calculation and may lead to the loss of the tier: purchases made by you or your relatives, clicks or sales from bots, "download and earn" sites or paid incentives, content without an advertising disclosure not corrected within 48 hours. Before each closing, a person reviews the Top 10. An exclusion decision is reasoned.
8. Display and disputes
The current ranking is shown in your area and, for other creators, with your username (you can hide it). You can dispute your rank within 15 days of the closing, at contact@sharlinks.com. A later correction of a sale (refund, corrected report) does not change a tier already closed, except in case of fraud.
9. Changes
These rules can only be changed with effect from the following season, after notice at least 15 days before it starts. A season in progress is never changed to your detriment.
Part B: how we rank campaigns
Section available from every page (Articles L111-7 and D111-6 of the French Consumer Code; Regulation (EU) 2019/1150, Article 5).
Listing
A campaign is published after the publisher has been verified and its listing reviewed by a person. It is removed if it no longer complies with the publisher terms (prohibited app, unpaid invoice, inaccurate reports, illegal content) or at the publisher's request.
Default ranking criterion
- Sponsored campaigns: the publisher has paid for a one- or two-week promotion, or JN STUDIO promotes its own app. They bear the label "Sponsored". Three at most at the same time, in the order the boost started.
- Then the other campaigns, from newest to oldest (go-live date).
The criterion applied is stated at the top of the catalogue. Filters (category, store, percentage) only change the selection, not the order.
Links and payments that influence the ranking
- Paid boost: the only payment that influences the order. It is shown on each campaign concerned by the label "Sponsored".
- Capital link: JN STUDIO, which publishes the platform, may publish campaigns for its own apps. Their publisher is shown on their page. A campaign that JN STUDIO promotes for its own app bears the label "Sponsored", like a paid boost, and follows the same display rules.
- No publisher can pay to change creators' percentage, rank or terms.
Fictional examples (preview only)
In the demo version, a separate "Examples: fictional apps" section is placed after the real campaigns. These apps do not exist, cannot be joined and are not counted in any figure.
